Three spaces, one view
Lavana sits on the pier at Dawes Point, with the Roslyn Packer Theatre across the road and the bridge over your shoulder. Every space looks out at the water, and every function is run by the people who will be on the floor that night.
Menus are built from the à la carte kitchen — shared tapas, premium steaks, whole seafood platters — and paced around your run sheet, speeches and, if you're heading to a show, your curtain time.

Open to the water, shaded and heated. The best light in the building from four o'clock, and the space guests remember.
Warm timber, long tables and full harbour windows. Semi-private for parties of twenty and up, with a screen and microphone available.
The whole restaurant, terrace and bar, yours for the evening. Minimum spend applies and varies by night — we'll quote it plainly.
Shared tapas to start, choice of main, sides to the table.

All packages include still and sparkling water, service and staffing. 10% surcharge on groups of 8 or more · 15% on Sundays and public holidays.
